FRIED SAVOURY CHOPS

Ingredients
1kg Lamb chops - 1tblsp red ginger masala - 1/4 cup lemon juice - 1tsp ground Dhania - 1tsp Salt - 1 tsp ground Jeeroo - 1/2 tsp fine black pepper - 1/4 tap arad - 1/4 cup water.

Batter
1 cup self raising flour - 1 small onion grated ) Processed - 1 small tomato grated) - 1 Egg - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tblsp tal (sesame seeds) - 1/2 tsp fine red chillies - 2 tblsps freshly chopped greens - Water as required.

Method
Combine all the ingredients together in a pot and cook over medium heat adding more water if necessary until chops are tender. Allow to cool. Mix all the ingredients for the batter together in a bowl and mix well, adding just enough water to form a batter of medium consistency. Dip the chops in the batter and shallow fry in a non stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides.

CRAZY MAN

A retired man who volunteers to entertain patients in nursing homes and hospitals went to one local hospital and took his portable keyboard along. He told some jokes and sang some funny songs at patients' bedsides. When he finished he said, in farewell, “I hope you get better.” One elderly gentleman replied, “I hope you get better, too.”
