ADEGA CHICKEN RECIPE

1 chicken cut into pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tblsp garlic
1 tblsp chillie paste
½ tsp chillie powder
¼ tsp arad
½ tsp crushed red chillies
marinate chicken with above ingredients and cook on with ghee on high for 10 minutes. remove and place on a tray:

Sauce
In a pot add garlic butter about 2 tblsps, 3 tblsps nandos chakalaka, 2 tblsps nandos medittareanean sauce, 3 tbslp garlic peri peri sauce, 3 tblsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp red chillie powder. boil till thick, pour over chicken and put foil over and grill in oven for about 10 minutes.
