Surah Al-Hadeed 57: - (The Iron)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most-Merciful

“On the Day when you wiU see the believing men and the believing women, their light proceeding in front of them and to their right hands, (it will be said to them,) "Good news for you today! Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to live therein for ever! That is the great achievement,” [12]

COMMENTARY: Causes of Light and Darkness on the Plane of Gathering - Tafsir Mazhari, on this occasion, has, on the basis of Qur'an and
Hadith, described the causes of light and darkness on the Plane of Gathering.

[1] The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said: "Give glad tidings to those who go to the Masjid in the darkness of night that they will receive perfect light on the Day of Judgment." (Reported by Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi)

[2] The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said: "Whoever recites just a single verse of the Qur'an, it will be a light for him on the Day of Judgement." (Reported by Ahmed from Abu Hurairah RA)

[3] The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said: "Whoever sends Salwaat (durud / salutations) to me, it shall be the cause of light on the Bridge of Sirat." (Reported by Dailami from Abu Hurairah RA)

CHINESE CHICKEN CHILIES

1 chicken cut into pieces, clean, wash and drain,

marinate chicken in
1Tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt & pepper
¼ cup oil
1 Tbsp each crushed garlic
Ground green chilies
1 green pepper cut into cubes
2 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp mazina mix with a little water
Celery chopped (optional)

Method:
Braise garlic, chilies in oil for 2 minutes. Add chicken cook on high heat for 15 minutes. Add chicken cook on high heat for 15 minutes, lower the heat and cook until done throw 2 cups water let in boil then add mazina stir well cook for 5 minutes throw celery and serve immediately.

Chinese Rice:
¼ cup cabbage grated
½ cup carrot and green pepper Cut into strips
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 cup parboil rice
1 Tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Stir veg into oil on high heat for 2 minutes then mix everything lightly and steam until well done.
