JAFAR IBN ABI TALIB RA In spite of his noble standing among the Quraysh, Abu Talib, an uncle of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam), was quite poor. He had a large family and did not have enough means to support them adequately. His poverty-stricken situation became much worse when a severe drought hit the Arabian Peninsula. The drought destroyed vegetation and livestock and, it is said, people were driven to eat bones in the struggle for survival. & FANTASTIC COCONUT ICE CREAM 400g can evaporated milk 400g can condensed milk 400g can coconut milk 5ml grated nutmeg 100g desiccated or fresh grated coconut Mix all the ingredients besides the desiccated coconut into a plastic freezer container .(about a 2litre container) . Freeze till ice crystals form on the edge of the container +_ 2 hours ) . Remove and beat with an electric or hand held beater till the mixture doubles in volume . Add the desiccated or fresh coconut . Freeze until firm . Serve in scoops with shreds of fresh coconut . A refreshing variation is to serve with some lime syrup at the bottom of bowl & some lime zest. |

DEFINE... To me beauty is not what the eye sees but what the heart feels at the time the eye experiences its first sight I find beauty to be when a mother gives birth That very moment when she looks into her baby’s eyes and smiles ... Or when you look up at the sky and see a shooting star Or maybe it’s when you see a stranger adopting an abandoned or abused animal Someone giving help, a smile or a kind word to the needy It is difficult to define a word that has many meanings… But the most difficult is too feel each definition deep inside your soul, Beauty is not looks because they fade It is not a shape either that can change at any time too, Beauty is when the rain starts falling or when the sun shines after a storm Beauty is when the nights are dark and the moon is only but a sliver and a few stars shines brightly Beauty is when you look at someone and see beyond their flaws or disabilities Beauty doesn’t have colour, creed, race or religion Beauty is all around us and it is in even the most tiniest thing. Beauty is what I feel when I look into your eyes... The eyes of a beloved I've cried many tears but in that is also beauty because it is words I cannot say out loud about what my heart feels You will never understand me but that's the beauty of it all I'm different and unique and one in a million to some And that is how I define beauty...
