IRANIAN KEBAB

Ingredients

• ½ kilo chicken Fillet
• 1 medium onion
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 tblsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• 2 tsp ground green chillies
• 1 ½ tsp crushed jeeru
• 1 tsp crushed dhana
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
• ¼ cup fresh dhania leaves finely chopped.

Method
Cut fillet into cubes. Process onion lemon juice olive oil garlic and pour into a bowl. Add spices parsley and coriander leaves to onion marinade. Combine marinade and fillet and leave overnight. Thread 2/3 pieces of chicken cubes onto a toothpick or on a long skewer. Cook on a non stick pan or barbecue until done.
