CHANGE

It is in the Sunnah of Allah and His rules that whoever sows good will harvest good and that whoever sows evil will harvest evil. He says, “Whoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom shall see it.” (Az-Zalzalah: 7-8).

As for the Muslim, whenever any good affects him he knows that it is a favour from his Lord, for he knows that he deserves nothing from Allah by right and this belief will make him thank his Lord and praise Him. Also, if any evil afflicts him he perseveres and seeks the reward of his Lord, for he knows that, that is the result of a sin he has committed or that Allah wants to elevate his rank in the Hereafter. Allah says what translates as, “And whatever of misfortune that befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much.” (Ash-Shooraa: 30). read more

Ingredients

Fish Masala - 1 cup freshly ground garlic - 2 tblsps sesame seeds - 1 tblsp oil - 1 tblsp vinegar - 2 tsps red chillies - 3 tbls dhania (crushed) - 1 tblsp lemon juice - Salt to taste.

8 Pieces Hake fillet. Marinate in Fish Masala and fry in oil.

Then Take
1 Onion think sliced (fry in deep oil) and set aside

Liquidise 3 tomatoes. 1 tsp dhana jeeru. 1 tsps red chillles. Limbri Leaves. Salt to taste

Method
Braise tomatoes when water burns out; add dhania jeeru, salt, red chilles and Limbri leaves. Fry onions in deep oil and add tomato mixture. Place fish in oven dish and spoon tomato mixture over the fish and warm it in an oven. Serve with chips and lemon slices.
