THE FISHERMAN

A Fisherman once took his bagpipes to the bank of a river, and played upon them with the hope of making the fish rise; but never did any of the fish put his nose out of the water. So he cast his net into the river and soon drew it forth filled with fish. Then he took his bagpipes again, and, as he played, the fish leapt up in the net. ‘Ah, you dance now when I play,’ said he.

‘Yes,’ said a wise old Fish: ‘When you are under another man’s power you must do as he bids you.’

Ingredients
1 kg steak mince - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons baking powder - ¼ teaspoon nutmeg - 8 slices bread (dampened) - 1 teaspoon lemon pepper - 1 onion (grated) - salt and green chillies to taste.

Method
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well and roll into balls. Flatten on palm of hand and dip into egg white and fry.

3 drunk guys entered a taxi. The taxi driver knew that they were drunk so he started the engine & turned it off again. Then said, "We have reached your destination". The 1st guy gave him money & the 2nd guy said "Thank you". The 3rd guy slapped the driver. The driver was shocked thinking the 3rd drunk knew what he did. But then he asked "What was that for?” The 3rd guy replied, "Control your speed next time, you nearly killed us!"
