Surah Al-Hashr (The Mustering, Bringing together)

This Surah was revealed in Madinah, and it has 24 verses and 3 sections

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most Merciful

"He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.” (59:23)

COMMENTARY: The word Mu'min, when applied to a human being, means a believer, but when this attribute is applied to Allah, it means the one who provides peace and safety, as explained by Ibn Abbas RA. It means that He provides safety and perfect peace to those who believe in Allah and His Messengers.

The attribute Al-Muhaimin, according to Ibn Abbas RA Mujahid and Qatadah means 'Guardian'. The Arabic lexicon Al-Qamus has explained that its route is 'hamn' which means 'to look after or take care of or watch over'. [Mazhari]

2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil (rub in flour mixt)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Make dough with: 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water

Filling:
1kg raw chicken breast (cubed)
6-,8 tomatoes (grated)
Salt & pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground green chillies
1 full tbs butter
3 tbs tomato sauce
3 tbs piccalilli
Sesame seeds 1 cup cheese (grated)
1 egg

Method:
Cook the cubed chicken with tomato and spices in butter.When done add piccalilli, tomato sauce. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out 1 part, pat into a round tray. Add filling over dough and top with cheese. Close with the other part of dough. Brush with some egg and sprinkle sesame seeds. Put a few blobs of butter and bake in a pre-,heated oven at 180 o C for 45 mins.

A man gets pulled over by the police for speeding.

The cop walks up to the car and says to the driver, "Sir, did you know that you were going 60 miles an hour?"

The driver says, "Officer, there is no way I could have been going 60 miles an hour!"

The cop says, "Really! Why is that?"

The driver replies, "I could not have been going 60 miles an hour because I've only been out driving for 25 minutes."
