Commonly known as Abū 'Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrāh, was one of the ten companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) who were promised Paradise as mentioned in early Islamic historical accounts and records. He remained commander of a large section of Muslim armies during the time of Caliph 'Umar ibn al-Khattab RA and was on the list of 'Umar’s appointed successors to the Caliphate. Abu 'Ubaidah was born in the year 583 CE in the house of 'Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah, a merchant by profession. Abu 'Ubaidah belonged to the Quraishi clan of Banu al-Harith ibn Fihr. Even before his conversion to Islam, he was considered to be one of the nobles of Quraish and was famous among Quraish of Makkah for his modesty and bravery. Conversion to Islam |

| Spinach
rolls recipe 1 bunch spinach washed and cleaned. Neatly slice out the middle vein, leaving the leaf whole ½ kg cooked chicken filling of choice 1 egg whisked with salt and fine red chillies Method Lay all spinach leaves flat. Brush with egg mixture. Place 1 tblsp or more of chicken filling on each leaf, depending on the size of the leaf. Roll each leaf closed like a spring roll, making sure all the sides are closed. At the end pierce it close with a clove. Place all spinach rolls in a pot and steam on low for 15 to 20 minutes until the colour of the leaves change. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil and fry for just a minute on each side. Serve hot with puri and chutney |

I didn't know to speak Arabic, so I planned to convey the message through three posters. My first poster was a man crawling through the hot desert sand, totally exhausted and panting. Second, the man is drinking our soft drink and third, our man is now totally refreshed. Then these posters were pasted all over the place" "That should have worked," said the boss.
