This Surah was revealed in Madinah, and it has 24 verses and 3 sections

The Merits of Ansar (The Helpers)

"And [fay is also for] those who established themselves in the homeland [of Madinah] and in faith before the former ones [arrived in Madinah]..." 59:9)

Commentary: The word Tabawwu' means 'to make dwelling in the abode'. The word Daar refers to Madinah which has a special distinction. Therefore, Imam Malik RA, from one point of view, regarded Madinah Tayyibah as the most distinguishable of all the cities in the world. He used to say that wherever Islam reached and any city that was conquered, it was conquered by means of Jihad - including Makkah Mukarramah.

Madinah Tayyibah is the only exception. It was conquered by means of Imaan (faith). [Qurtubi]

Marinate fish in lemon juice, good dash of salt and ground garlic for 30 min. keep in glass or oven proof casserole. Heat ghee and dhunia chutney together. To this add the green chillies, salt, white pepper and breadcrumbs, add milk to make a sauce. Pour sauce over marinating fish. Dribble with oil, cover casserole and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 min. Uncover casserole. Mix blanched ground almonds into cream and spread all over fish. Continue baking till almond topping begins to brown and sauce thickens. Serve surrounded with thin lemon slices and sprigs of parsley.
