Last weeks attacks on Gaza saw the heaviest barrage of rockets from the apartheid state of Israel since 2012. Gaza Palestinians killed by Israel since early 2014 as a result of military escalation has increased to 18. Palestinian medical sources have reported that a two-year-old child Mohammad Ismael al-Hamadin died of serious injuries suffered in an explosion that took place in Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday evening, March 11, 2014. Two other civilians were murdered. In the meantime Lt.-Col. Peter Lerner, IDF spokesman, said in a statement: "This retaliation was precise and prompt. We targeted the infrastructure that serves the terrorists while they train, plan and implement their hideous attacks. MUTTON KORMA RICE RECIPE

3 cups rice boiled with cinnamon stick, whole jeeru, and ½ tsp arad/turmeric. Set aside.

1. 2 kg mutton (washed and drained)
2. 2 big onions (chopped)
3. 1 tsp jeeru
4. 1 tblsp ginger garlic masala
5. 2 tblsp garlic masala
6. 1 tsp red chillies
7. 2 tsp salt
8. 1 tsp arad
9. 2 tblsp dry dhana
10. 5 whole green chillies
11. 1 tin tomatoes (liquidized)
12. 2 cups Greek yoghurt
13. 5 potatoes (peeled and fried)

• Make vagaar with onions and jeeru, braise masalas and add spices, add mutton and cook till almost done.
• Add tin tomatoes and cook completely till mutton is well done.
• Remove from heat and add yoghurt, mix this well.
• Layer in pot, first add a little rice at the bottom of your pot with some ghee, add mutton mixture, potatoes and top with balance of the rice, pour over some saffron water and leave to steam.

Serve with Dhai and Paapar
