THE
STORY |
DO
NOT ALWAYS LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE WHO JUDGE YOU
A
man and his son once wanted to go to the market. They thought it
will take too long to walk to so they decided to ride their camel.
The father said, "Son, you ride the camel and I will walk as
I am much stronger than you." The son agreed and rode the camel
with his father walking behind. A stranger passed them and exclaimed,
"Oh, look at that son! He lets his father walk while he rides
a camel, shame on him!" The son felt bad and let his father
ride. Another stranger passed and told the father, "Sir, you
are riding while your son walks, why you both don’t ride the
camel?" They agreed and were both riding the camel when another
stranger came and said' "The poor camel! Can't you see he is
getting tired with the weight that you are both putting on him?!"
The father said, "Son, if the camel is getting tired, lets
carry him." The father and the son picked up a strong board
that they found and placed the camel on it. They slowly lifted it
p and began carrying it! The same stranger that they had first met
came to them and said, "You foolish men! How can you be so
silly to carry that animal?" They realized that they were being
silly by listening to whatever the people that they have came across
said, and ended up both riding the camel.
MORAL:
Don't listen to what people tell you all the time.

SUNNAH |
Aswad bin Yazeed Radiyallahu 'Anhu says he enquired
from Aayeshah Radiyallahu Anha regarding the Salaah of Rasulullah
Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam at night. She replied: "Rasulullah
Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam slept (after Eshaa) for the first half
portion of the night. He then awakened (and performed the Tahajjud
prayers) till the time of Suhur (Sehri), thereafter he performed
the Witr Salaah. He then went to his bed... When he heard the Adhaan,
he got up. If he was in a state of Janaabah (requiring Ghusl) he
performed Ghusl. If not, he performed Wudu and went for Salaah".
