Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Whenever the Prophet
(Peace Be Upon Him) said something, he would repeat his words thrice
so that the meanings would be understood fully; and whenever he
came upon a group of people, he would greet them, and he would repeat
salutation thrice. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Commentary: To lay stress on a point thrice or to repeat greetings, according to this Hadith, is preferable. It is particularly so when a situation so demands and when explaining a point to the audience once and twice may not be enough. |

Potato Bake Recipe
½ onion sliced ½ tsp whole jeera 2 -3 green chillies – cut up 1 tblsp butter/oil 1 x 420g creamstyle sweetcorn 4-5 medium potatoes that has been boiled, peeled and sliced in to rounds 1 cup fresh cream grated cheese – optional fry onion in butter/oil with ½ tsp whole jeera and green chillies add sweetcorn and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at the bottom of a pyrex dish pour ½ of sweetcorn, sprinkle some salt and pepper then layer the potatoe slices and pour the other ½ of the sweetcorn. sprinkle some salt and pepper over sweetcorn again and pour freshcream over and grated cheese. bake in pre – heated oven 180c for 10 -15 minutes. |
