Surah At-Tahreem (The Prohibition)
This Surah is Madani, and it has 12 verses and 2 sections

In the Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Most Merciful

And (remember) when the Holy Prophet told one of his wives something in secret. So, when she disclosed it (to another wife), and Allah made it known to him, he told (the disclosing wife) part of it, and bypassed another part. So when he informed her about it, she said, "Who told you about this?" He said, "It is told to me by the All-Knowing, the All-Aware. [3]

The Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam confided a certain secret in one of his wives. According to most versions of the authentic report, the 'secret' in this verse refers to the ban the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam imposed on himself about honey, but at the same time he did not want Sayyidah Zainab's RA feelings to be hurt and therefore he directed the wife to keep it secret from others, but the disclosing wife divulged the secret to another wife. When the disclosing wife divulged the secret to another wife, and Allah disclosed this fact to the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, he complained to the disclosing wife about her disclosure, but he did not convey to her the whole information. Instead, he communicated part of it to her and withheld part of it. This was because of the Holy Prophet's Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam magnanimity and high morals. If he had disclosed the entire information he had received from Allah, it would have embarrassed her most profoundly.

1 cup chana flour
½ cup cake flour
2tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1ml cayenne pepper
1 cup spinach
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
100ml milk
100ml oil
1 egg

Stir dry ingredients together. Add spinach and grated cheese and mix slightly Beat milk, oil and eggs together and stir into dry ingredients Mix until flour is moistened batter should be lumpy. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling each tow – thirds full. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190C for 15 – 20 minutes.
