Nine Children were standing on the track to participate in a running event.

* Ready! * Steady! * Bang!!!

With the sound of Toy pistol, All Nine girls started running.

Hardly had they covered ten to fifteen steps, when one of the smaller girls slipped and fell down, due to bruises and pain she started crying.

When the other eight girls heard the little girl cry they stopped running, stood for a while and turned back…

Seeing the girl on the track they all ran to help.

One among them bent down, picked her up and kissed her gently and enquired as to how she was.

They then lifted the fallen girl pacifying her.

Two of them held her firmly while all eight joined hands together and walked together towards the winning post…

There was pin drop silence at the spectator’s stand.

Officials were shocked.

Slow claps multiplied to thousands as the spectators stood up in appreciation.

Many eyes were filled with tears...

YES. This happened at a sport which was conducted by an Institute of Mental Health.

All these special girls had come to participate in this event were spastic children.

Yes, they were Mentally Challenged..

What did they teach the WORLD?

Teamwork?

Humanity?

Equality among all??

Commentary: Sayyidina Labeed Radiyallahu Anhu was a a famous poet. After accepting Islaam, he stopped composing poetry. However, the mercy of the Almighty was not with him, and he was unfortunate not to accept Islaam. Sayidina Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam said regarding him: "His poetry accepted Islaam but his heart did not".

Heat the ghee in a pot together with the corn onion and jeeroo. Stir over heat until onions are soft. Add the chicken, chillies, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in the Vermicelli and water. Continue to cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the sweet corn. Allow to cool.

Stir the flour and water together in a bowl until a smooth paste is formed. Set aside. If using phyllo pastry, cut into 7cm strips. Place a level teaspoon of mixture at the one end of each strip. Brush the end with the flour before sealing. Deep fry in moderately hot oil until lightly browned. Serve with lemon.

The other dude looked quizzically at him and asked: “What do you mean you’re moving to jeopardy?”

“Don’t worry about staying here at this place and just come with me to jeopardy!”

“But what do you mean you’re moving to jeopardy.”

“No man, I was reading to the newspaper and it said that when the mine closes there’s going to be plenty of jobs in jeopardy!”
