SALAAH - THE DISCARDED POWER OF THE BELIEVER - ML KATANI
Ml Katani explained that our Rabb, our Creator, Allah Ta'aala's Mercy,
Grace, Forgiveness and Clemency for mankind are boundless. However, these
favours and honour upon us are linked to attributes, qualities and aamaal.
However, there's a negligent, careless and lax attitude prevalent in the
Ummah today toward good deeds or aamaal, especially Salaah. Moulana further
mentioned that one of the quickest ways to attract the Nusrah, the Help
of Allah is through safeguarding Salaah. Unfortunately, ninety percent
of the global Muslim community have discarded Salaah. Utilise this blessed
month of Ramadaan to make a firm intention and resolve to perform every
Salaah for the remainder of our lives, as well as to make a determination
to be an Inviter toward Salaah and good deeds...

struggles amid heavy rain - The Chinese capital's heaviest

125 grams butter
¾ cup castor sugar
1 large egg
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups cake flour
Melted chocolate
Peppermint crisp chocolate
Preheat oven to 180C. Combine the butter and the castor sugar. Add in the egg, coconut and vanilla essence and mix. Combine with the dry ingredients to from the dough. Pressed into a greased baking pan. Bake at 170C for +- 20 minutes till firm. Cut into squares. Spread melted chocolate and grate peppermint crisp.
The first day they go fishing, but they don't catch anything. The same thing happens on the second day, and on the third day. It goes on like this until finally, on the last day of their vacation, one of the men catches a fish.
As they're driving home they're really depressed. One guy turns to the other and says, "Do you realise that this one lousy fish we caught cost us fifteen hundred bucks?"
The other guy says, "Wow! Then it's a good thing we didn't catch any more!"
