All praise is due to Allah who has made the enjoining of good and forbidding from evel the most important aspect of religion and for this reason He has sent apostles. I bear testimony that there is no deity but Allah, alone, who has no partners. I also bear testimony that our leader Muhammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam is His servent and messenger who has delivered that which has been revealed upon Him from His Sustainer, The Sustainer of the entire universe.

May Allahs peace be upon Him, His family and His companions who openly expressed the truth and did not fear, in the affairs of Allah, the rebuke of those who rebuke.

Allah Ta'aala says: "Let there be amongst you a group of people who invites towards goodness which enjoins the good and forbids from evil, these are those who are successful." (Al-Imraan, Ayat 103)

Allah Ta'aala says: "Why don't the Allah fearing and learned ones (Rabbis) forbid them from their evil talks and eating unlawful wealth, evil is that in which they indulge." (Al Maidah, ayat 63)

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said: "Those of you, who see an evil act being done, then stop it by means of thy hands and if you do not have the power to do so, then by means of the tongue and if they do not have the power to do so, then abhor it by heart (and plan to rectify it) and this is the lowest form of the faith" (Imaan). (Muslim)

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said: "There isn't a person in any community who when commits evil (sin), and these persons inspite of having the power of stopping him, they do not stop him, except that these persons will be inflicted with a punishment from Allah before they die because of him." (Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah)

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said: When a sin has been committed on earth and a person has witnessed it and dislikes it, he would be like one who was absent when this sin was committed and the person who was absent from such an event but is pleased with it, is as though he was present" (and accepted it). (Abu Daud)

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said: Allah Ta'aala sent an order to Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam to overturn a certain town with its inhabitants. Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam remarked: "O My sustainer, verily amidst them is one who has not disobeyed you even to the extent of the twinkle of an eye." Allah Ta'aala ordered "Overturn the town upon him and them for his face never ever changed colour for a moment for my sake." (Baihaqi)

I seek refuge with Allah from Shaytaan the accursed.

Quraan: "Keep to forgiveness, O Muhammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam enjoin kindness and turn away from the ignorant" (Al-Araaf, ayat 199)

Ingredients:
1 tin evaporated milk
1 tblsp coffee
1 cup cream
2 eggs - beaten
1 tblsp almonds - finely ground
1 cup fine sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2-3 drops of rose essence

Method :
- Chill evaporated milk
- Whip the cream lightly
- Combine milk and cream well with all the above ingredients
- Then freeze until it begins to thicken
- Bring out from the freezer and beat well
- Set again to freeze
