| HADITH/SAYINGS OF MUHAMMAD
SALLALLAHU ALYHI WA SALLAM |
Abu
Musa Al-Ash`ari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa SALLAM said, "A person
will be summoned with the one whom he loves". [Al-Bukhari
and Muslim].
Another
narration is: The Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa SALLAM was
asked; "What about a person who loves a people but
cannot be with them?'' (i.e., either he cannot attain their
lofty position of righteousness or that he has not met with
them in this life). He Sallallahu Alyhi Wa SALLAM replied,
"A person will be in the company of those whom he loves".
Commentary:
Besides bringing to eminence the high merit of entertaining
the love for the pious persons, this Hadith tells us about
the Mercy and Blessings of Allah which He will shower upon
those who love the pious people. Because of this love, Allah
will elevate even the inferior people and include them among
those whom He loves. This Hadith also serves a warning that
association and love with the impious people is extremely
dangerous as one can meet the same bad end which is inevitable
for them. May Allah save us from it.

CHICKEN
& SPINACH TREMEZZINI

Pitas - 2 cups chicken fillet – cubed - 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp green masala - Salt & pepper to taste - 1 bunch
spinach – shredded - ¾ cup grated cheese.
Method
Brasie
onion ghee till light brown. Add chicken masala, salt &
pepper & cook. Once meat is cooked add spinach. Let
spinach cook till water is burnt out. Lastly sprinkle 2
Tbsp flour over spinach & add ¼ cup milk, this will
make a sauce. Do not let mixture get dry. Leave to cool
& add cheese (feta cheese can also be added optional).
Slice pita in ½ add filling. Close and grill on tawa till
light brown.
Serve
& enjoy.
