Surah Al-Muddaththir 74: - (The Enveloped One)
With the name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Very-Merciful

Al-Muzzammil and Al-Muddaththir were though revealed approximately the same time in connection with the same incident of the first revelation; there is a difference between the two: The injunctions given at the beginning of Al-Muzzammil are related to the Holy Prophet's personal purification and perfection, and in Al-Muddaththir the injunctions are related to preaching, propagation and human reform. Seerah Al-Muddaththir lays down six injunctions.

Mangolian stir fry

Ingredients:
¼ cup oil; 1 cut steak or chicken; 1 tsp green chillies; 2 Tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp salt; ½ cabbage- shredded; 1 ½ cups carrots- cut into julienne strips; 2 onions chopped; 1 cup green pepper chopped; 4 small tomatoes; ½ cup soya sauce; ½ steers peri-peri sauce; ¼ cup steers barbeque sauce; ¼ cup spring onions; ½ cup dhania chopped

Method:
Heat oil and stir fry the meat add green chillei paste and lemon juice and salt. Stir in the vegetable for 2-3 min before adding the next one. Add the sauces and cook until light and crunchi. Lastly add dhania and spring onion. Serve with either pita or bread rolls.
