Our heart beats around 100,000 times every day i.e.

than the largest telescope known to man. Our lungs inhale
over two million litres of air every day, without even thinking.
They are large enough to cover a tennis court. Our hearing
is so sensitive it can distinguish between hundreds of thousands
of different sounds. Our sense of touch is more refined than
any device ever created. Our brain is more complex than the
most powerful computer and has over 100 billion nerve cells.
We
give birth to 100 billion red cells every day. When we touch
something, we send a message to our brain at 124 mph. We have
over 600 muscles. We exercise at least 30 muscles when
we smile. We are about 70 percent water. We make one
litre of saliva a day. Our nose is our personal air-conditioning
system: it warms cold air, cools hot air and filters impurities. In
one square inch of our hand we have nine feet of blood vessels,
600 pain sensors, 9000 nerve endings, 36 heat sensors and
75 pressure sensors.
Think
and Remember ALLAH. Thank him for all his blessings and pray
that he will keep us on the right path. You can not imagine
that how much ALLAH loves us. He loves us 70th times more
than the MOTHERS LOVE. Can you count MOTHERS LOVE???????????????

Urging

Jabir RA said: Rasulullah SAW said, "Every one
will be raised in the condition in which he dies". [Muslim]
Commentary:
This Hadith has a meaning similar to the one quoted
at another place which signifies that if a person dies performing
good deeds, he will have a good end; and the one who dies
in misdeeds, he will come to a bad end. It is, therefore,
necessary that one should always avoid disobedience of Divine
injunctions, especially in old age and illness because one
may fall in the clutches of death at any time. |

There
are billions of microscopic receptors in the muscles and
the joints, giving information about the present condition
of the body.
The
messages coming from these receptors reach the central nervous
system and new commands are sent to the muscles according
to the assessments made. The perfection of the co-ordination
of the body will be better understood with the following
example. In order just to lift the hand, the shoulder has
to be bent, the front and rear arm muscles - called "triceps"
and "biceps" - should be contracted and relaxed,
and the muscles between elbow and wrist have to twist the
wrist. In every part of the act, millions of receptors in
the muscles pass on information immediately to the central
nervous system about the position of the muscles. In return,
the central nervous system tells the muscles what to do
in the next step.
Of
course one is not aware of any of these processes, but just
wishes to lift one's hand, and does it right away. SUBHAANALLAH!!!

Police have arrested a 20 year old man following a fake
posting on social networking site, Facebook.
Students of the University of Johannesburg (UJ) say they're
set to continue their protests over the increase of fees.
This comes after discussions between the university's Students
Representative Council (SRC) and management deadlocked at
the weekend.
Turkey fire shells into Iraq borders... Tensions have been
increasing along Turkey's border with Iraq with reports
of cross-border shelling before an expected parliamentary
vote on whether to permit a ground incursion against Kurdish
fighters.
Israeli
prime minister in hot water - again... Israel's attorney
general has ordered a new criminal investigation into political
appointments made by Ehud Olmert, the prime minister, when
he was trade minister.
It
is the latest in a series of allegations against the Israeli
leader... The prime minister has been dogged by corruption
allegations throughout his 30 year career in politics, but
has never been convicted of any wrongdoing. |

STEAK
ROLLS
Ingredients
3 Potatoes – Mashed - 6 cups flour - ¾ cup
sugar - 1 pkt yeast - 1 cup milk - 3 eggs - 1 tsp salt - 40
grams butter or margarine.
Method
Place flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add
butter to mash potatoes and and then add this to the flour
mix. Add eggs and milk. Add water if necessary to make soft
dough and knead very well. Allow to rise till double in size.
Knock down and take pieces to make saucer size rounds. Fill
with steak filling brush with egg sprinkle sesame seeds and
bake. Do not over bake if you want really soft rolls.
Filling
1 kilo steak cut into cubes
Marinate
overnight with: Dry red chillies, salt, dry dhana,
arid, ginger, red masala, and 3 tsps each of mustard sauce,
lemon juice, vinegar and mayonnaise.
Make
vagaar with:
1 onion, sliced green chillies, sliced garlic, jeeroo
Then
add steak and cook until done.
Add
4 tblsp each of the following: Tomato sauce, tomato
paste, Lastly add ½ grated tomato |

Soda
Spills
Clean a deep spill with a disposable napkin (be sure
to use the side not covered in plastic). This is much cheaper
and less messy than using multiple paper towels. Clean with
a mild detergent and water. This will work on any surface.
Work quickly with stains on wood. |

village idiot.
