Allah, the Almighty has created this earth by His Mercy and Favour which He bestowed upon His creatures in a perfect manner for their utilisation. He sent His Messengers and revealed His books that contain clear evidences and guidance to mankind. He guarantees for them the means that will lead to their prosperity in this life and the next by His truthful and unfailing promise. It is by following these guidelines that humanity will become perfectly reformed. In reality there is no other way of reformation except for the complete and comprehensive one that is brought by this religion in all areas belief and law. Little wonder then that the corruption caused upon the earth after it has been reformed is regarded by Allah as being the worst of all crimes for it is tantamount to challenging Allah and His Messenger and waging war on them. It is an attack on the strong pillars upon which the belief and firm constitution of the Muslim nation are built and on which its moral structure stands. HEALTH TIP
Gum disease afflicts millions. It is largely due to nutritional deficiency caused by the consumption of processed nutrient-deprived foods of ‘civilized’ societies. Once the gums degenerate, they are easily infected by microbes. Nutrients that help maintain normal gums and prevent recession include folic acid, riboflavin, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin K, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D.

Healing and regenerating the gums involves taking the appropriate nutritional supplements as well as improving the diet. Improving the diet is a major step in treating gum disease. You can also rub oil of oregano on all gum surfaces twice a day and use a small amount on a toothbrush to brush the teeth.

NEWS

RECIPE
CHICKEN CREAMED CORN SOUP
Ingredients
10ml Butter/margarine - 250g chicken breast cubed - 2 onions finely chopped - 1 x 410g tin sweet corn - 750ml milk - 500ml water - 10ml white pepper - 5ml salt - 30ml corn flour (maizena) - 1 celery stick chopped - 200g fresh cream.

Method
Braise the chicken breasts with onion over a moderate heat for 5 mins. Add sweet corn, milk, water and spices. Combine the corn flour with a little water to make a thin paste. Pour this into the soup and stir till it has thickened. Add chopped celery and bring to fast boil for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh cream.

HANDY HINT
Sealed envelopes - Put in the freezer for a few hours, and then slide a knife under the flap. The envelope can then be resealed.)

A THOUGHT
Excellence is derived from the infinitive to excel, which is excrescence. When, therefore, of two objects which are similar, one has an extra characteristic, that object is described as excelling the other, no matter what its excellence may be. Thus saying that the horse is more excellent than the donkey means that the horse shares with the donkey the capacity for carrying burdens, but excels it in charging, wheeling, swiftness, and beauty. However, should a donkey possess a ganglionary growth it would not be described as more excellent, because the ganglion, though an excrescence on the body, is in reality a defect, an imperfection.
