It is Makrooh (undesirable) to offer any Nafl Salaah after offering Fajr Salaah until sunrise. However, the offering of any Qadha Salaah and Sajdah-e-Tilaawah before the sun rises is permissible. But once the sun rises, then as long as some light does not appear, even Qadha Salaah will not be permissible. Similarly, it is not permissible to offer any Nafl Salaah after the Asr Salaah. However, Qadha Salaah and Sajdah-e-Tilaawah is permissible. But once the rays of the sun become weak or faint, then even this is not permissible.THE MESSAGE

Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam said: "I am stopping you by holding you at the waist, yet you are overpowering me and by committing sins, you are falling into Jahannum."Alî Radiyallahu Anhu [ascribing it to be a Hadith of Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam] says: "What will be your condition at that time when your girls will become fornicators and your women will go astray." The Sahabah Radiyallahu Anhum said: "Will such a thing ever happen?" Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam replied: "Yes and even worse than that. What will be your condition when you will not command the good nor will you prevent the evil"? The Sahabah Radiyallahu Anhum said: "Will such a thing ever happen?" Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam said: "Yes and even worse than that. What will be your condition when you will command the evil and prevent from the good". The Sahabah Radiyallahu Anhum said: "Will such a thing ever happen?" Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam replied: "Yes and even worse than that. What will be your condition when you will regard the good to be evil and the evil to be good?" read more

Amsaynã wa 'amsal-mulku lil-lãhi, wal-hamdu lil-lãhi, lã 'ilãha 'illa 'allãhu wahdahu lã shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu, wahuwa `alã kulli shay'in qadeerun, rabbi 'as'aluka khayra mã fee hãthihil-laylati, wa khayra mã ba`daha, wa 'a`outhu bika min sharri mã fee hãthihil laylati, wa sharri mã ba`daha, rabbi 'a`outhu bika min 'al kasali wa soo'il kibari, rabbi 'a`outhu bika min `athãbin fin-nãri, wa `athãbin fil-qabriWe have entered upon night, the Kingdom has passed unto Allah this night, and All praise be to Allah. There is no 'ilãh except Allah alone, no partner does He have. His is The Kingdom and to Him is All Praise, and He is well able to do everything, My Lord I ask you the good of what is in this night and the good of what follows it, and solicit Thy protection against the evil of this night and the evil of what follows it. O Allah! I seek Thy protection against laziness and the wretchedness of old-age. I seek Thy protection against the torment in Hell and the torment in the grave.

SAVOURY PANCAKES
Marinate cubed chicken in fresh garlic, black pepper, green masala, whole jeeru and dry dhnana- arad (optional). Braise 2 onions till pink, add garlic flakes and meat and cook till done.Once cooked add ½ cup garlic sauce (steer’s) and leave to simmer fr a while. When cool ass greens. White sauce or mushroom sauce can also be added.
Pan Cakes
1 cup flour - 1 cup milk - 2 eggs - ½ cup water - 3 tsps soft butter or ghee - 1 tsp baking powder - Salt to taste.Method
Mix all ingredients together. Make pancakes to the size of a side plate. Put filling in middle, top with chutney & cheese and seal completely. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry.HANDY HINT
