RADIO ISLAM’S RECIPE COMPETITION

It’s that time of the year again on the recipe corner!!! It is Radio Islam’s Recipe corner competition time again!!!

This year our theme is “HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES FOR THIS COMPETITION”

Participants must present to us with an exciting range of delicious healthy meals designed to tempt the discerning palate, and add pleasure to the culinary adventures of new and experienced chefs alike. Recipes catering to all tastes and every occasion!

Your recipes should be healthy innovative, adventurous, original, exciting, exquisitely presented that will leave your and our taste buds yearning for more!

This year we need you to prepare an entire meal for 2 persons and personally come in to present it at Radio Islam’s premises, eg – set your table with your dishes cutlery and decorations etc and than present your meal by 12 o clock on the day of the competition. The entire meal and its presentation will be judged by originality, good taste, presentation and how healthy your meal is.

These are the categories and the dates of the competition:


RULES OF THE COMPETITION
1. Competition is open to all besides Radio Islam’s staff members.
2. Judges decision is final.
3. Participants cannot pull out at the last minute
4. Participants enter at their own risk - we are not responsible for any damage or loss of any
items during the competitions.
5. All dishes must be marked clearly and must be collected by the person entering the competition.
6. All meals prepared must be in, and presented by 11 o clock on the day of the competition.
7. Judging will take place at 1.00 o clock on the day of the competition. – inshallah
8. Recipes must be clearly hand written or typed and must accompany all meals. If there is not recipe entrants will automatically be disqualified.
9. Enter as many times as you wish.
